Tennis Xpress Courses Northwood
Our six-week Tennis Xpress courses in Northwood are perfect for adults who want to learn tennis or are out of practice and want to improve their tennis skills.
From just £20 a session or £90 for the whole 6-week course it's great value and an excellent way to meet new people and get fit whilst improving your tennis skills.
What will you learn?
Taught by our LTA-accredited coaches, each weekly session will help you build your skills and confidence to get you ready to serve, rally and score by the end of the course.
We start off by getting active, meeting other players and having fun. In this session you’ll try all the different shots and have a go at rallying.
